The vines grow on volcanic porphyry and quartz porphyry soils around Terlan, at altitudes of up to 900 meters. Cool nights, intense sunshine, and these mineral-rich soils shape the distinctive style of the wines. The Nova Domus Riserva is made from the best grapes of the vintage – fermented and aged 50% in tonneau and 50% in large wooden casks.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e In the glass, the cuvée opens with aromas of ripe apricot, passion fruit, and a hint of vanilla from the oak aging. On the palate, it is powerful yet precise: the acidity carries the wine, and a slightly mineral undertone lingers through to the long, warm finish. Typical for a white wine Riserva from South Tyrol – plenty of substance, but no heaviness.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e Serving temperature 12–14 °C. Drinking window until 2030+.
