The focus is on indigenous grape varieties, above all Cannonau, which is genetically identical to Grenache but has developed its own distinct expressions in Sardinia.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e In the glass, the Mustazzo displays a deep ruby ​​red color. The nose opens with ripe black cherries and blackberries, along with a hint of violets and dried herbs – typical of the Sardinian maquis character.
