Following Bordeaux tradition, the grapes are destemmed and crushed. Alcoholic fermentation lasts approximately six days at a moderate temperature of 25–30°C, followed by a further maceration period of 15 days. Malolactic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, where the wine matures until bottling. The bouquet and palate offer fresh aromas of juicy cherries, ripe raspberries, and blackcurrants.
