All grapes are harvested at full ripeness and fermented using traditional methods. After the final blend is created, approximately 70% of the cuvée is aged for six months in American oak barrels. Color: beautiful, intensely luminous ruby ​​red. Aroma: the bouquet blends seductive notes of fine butterscotch, chocolate, spices, tobacco, and coffee with elegant vanilla aromas (resulting from barrel aging). The taste of Montes Limited is smooth with a soft, almost sweet richness, a medium to full body, and the characteristic, yet firm and velvety tannins of the Carmenère grapes.
