On the palate, warm and full-bodied, with cherries, blueberries, and sweet spices. The finish is long and dry – a fresh blueberry note as the final accent.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e Aging: \u003cb\u003e38 to 40 months\u003c\/b\u003e in 600-liter barrels made of Savonian oak and Allier – one-third new, one-third second-fill, one-third fifth-fill. This is followed by at least six months of bottle rest. This combination moderates the influence of new oak and allows the fruit to take center stage.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e Serving temperature 17–18 °C. Best enjoyed now, aging potential until 2032+.
