After fermentation, the wine matures in \u003cstrong\u003eFrench oak barrels\u003c\/strong\u003e , followed by extended bottle aging. Total production: approximately 3,000 bottles.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e In the glass, it displays deep aromas of \u003cstrong\u003eblackcurrant and blueberry\u003c\/strong\u003e , underpinned by cedarwood and a hint of dark chocolate. The body is full and dense, the tannins ripe and velvety – not heavy, but substantial. The finish is long, spicy, and pleasantly fresh.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e Serving temperature: 17–18 °C.
