The nose is cool and mineral, with aromas of pear, quince, light banana and citrus fruit, complemented by delicate herbal notes and a pronounced, salty minerality. On the palate, the Pur Mineral is very clean, delicately juicy and lively, with crisp, well-integrated acidity, a firm body, and a long, fresh, slightly tart finish with plenty of minerality and subtle fruit.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e Fermentation and aging take place in stainless steel tanks, sometimes with brief lees contact, resulting in a fresh, uncomplicated, yet richly textured wine style. It is ideally served at 8–10 °C and pairs perfectly with salads, fish, and light asparagus or vegetable dishes.
