The nose offers passion fruit, a hint of gooseberry, and a touch of lemongrass – typical of Sauvignon Blanc from warmer climates, where the grape variety tends more towards tropical fruit than the sharp herbal notes of the Loire. On the palate, the wine remains fresh, the acidity is present without being harsh, and the finish is short and clean.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e Ready to drink now, best served at 8–10 °C.
