After fermentation is complete, the wines remain on the skins for another ten to fifteen days to extract intense color, aroma, and soft tannins. The wines are then racked and aged for one year, with 80% of the wine being aged in French oak barrels. The color of Kaiken Cabernet Sauvignon Ultra is a deep purple to ruby ​​red. The aroma is an elegant, varietal bouquet with intense, multi-layered aromas of ripe blackcurrants, cherries, dark chocolate, and spices.
