Joaquin is one of the addresses in Campania that consciously lifts this grape variety out of the shadow of Aglianico — with small quantities, old vine material, and a focus on origin instead of volume. The 35-year-old vines deliver concentrated, aromatically complex grapes.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eIn the glass, a wine with depth appears: ripe pear, white peach, and a hint of yellow plum, underneath a mineral, almost salty line typical of Fiano from Lapio.
