The name refers to Gaspard de Stérimberg, a knight who established a hermitage on this very hill in 1235 after a crusade.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e In the glass, it displays a deep golden yellow. The nose opens with aromas of white peach, beeswax, and acacia blossom, beneath which lies a mineral core of wet slate. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with an oily texture that nicely integrates the lively acidity.
