The barren conditions provide concentrated fruit. Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by aging for up to 20 months in barrels, with the use of new wood being deliberately limited.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eOn the nose, spices and leather meet blackberry, redcurrant, floral nuances, licorice and incense. On the palate, the wine feels dense and deep, carried by broad, polished tannins.
