The nose opens with ripe black cherries, blackberry, and a hint of peony. Underneath lie dark spices—black pepper, a touch of cardamom—and a subtle hint of olive tapenade, typical of Syrah from granite. On the palate, powerful, with dense but well-integrated tannins and a long, spicy finish.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e Serving temperature: 16–18 °C.
