This gives the wine a clear mineral contour.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eIn the nose, ripe apple and pear meet yellow fruit, mango, and grapefruit zest, plus herbal spice, sage, and the variety-typical \"Pfefferl\" (pepperiness). On the palate, the dry wine appears dense, tight-knit, and concentrated, but remains clearly guided.
