The soil gives the wine its mineral tension; the exposure ensures early warmth and vibrant fruit ripening.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e In the glass, the young vintage displays aromas of white peach and ripe apple, underpinned by delicate herbal spice notes typical of this vineyard. The acidity is precise and carries the wine smoothly.
