For 70 cl of brandy, it processes around 9 kilograms of mountain cherries. After distillation, part of it matures for three to five years in 225-liter oak barrels, another part in 50-liter demijohns. Then both batches are blended.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eOn the nose, there is clear cherry fruit, accompanied by wood, vanilla and almond. On the palate, the brandy is full-fruited and round, the finish is smooth. The wood aging rounds off the fruit without masking it.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eRecommendation: \u003cstrong\u003eneat at room temperature\u003c\/strong\u003e from a tulip glass, after the meal as a digestif.
