The cool winds in June, when the grapes begin to grow, ensure that daytime temperatures drop from 35°C to 17-18°C at night. The altitude, between 550 and 600 meters above sea level, and its low humidity allow for a significant reduction in the treatments typically required in vineyards. This allows us to practice more organic viticulture. Currently, production is divided between 85% red wines, 10% white wines, and 5% rosé. The Enate Cabernet-Merlot impresses with juicy, smooth, and elegant aromas of blackberries and currants with a hint of vanilla – very attractive and harmonious.
