The soils are characterized by calcareous marl and loess loam. The Pinot Noir and St. Laurent grapes were harvested in several stages according to ripeness and transported to the winery in standardized containers. To ensure optimal extraction of aromatic compounds, the berries were lightly crushed. For a delicate pink color, some of the grapes were pressed directly, while the remaining juice was drawn off from the red wine must. The juice fermented for approximately eight weeks with the grapes\u0026#39; own yeasts, converting the sugar into alcohol. After four months of lees aging, the PNT \u0026amp; C. was bottled in mid-March. The Dreissigacker PNT \u0026amp; C. Rosé displays a fine, herbal nose.
