This double cask aging gives the series its name: Dos Maderas, \"two woods\".\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eIn the glass, the rum appears amber-colored, with notes of caramel, dried dates, and a hint of raisins from the sherry cask, underpinned by vanilla and light spice.
