The Arneis grape variety, once almost forgotten, has experienced a renaissance in the Langhe and is now considered an elegant alternative to heavy white wines.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e In the glass, the wine displays a pale yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose offers aromas of pear and white peach, complemented by floral notes of acacia blossom and a hint of almond—typical of the grape variety. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, with lively, yet not aggressive acidity and a pleasantly dry, bitter almond finish.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e Serving temperature: 10–12 °C.
