It has 14% vol and is dry.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eIt shows an intense ruby red in the glass. On the nose, spicy notes, undergrowth, and a hint of vanilla appear. On the palate, it is powerful and structured; the freshness carries it, and mineral nuances give it drive.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eServe it at \u003cstrong\u003e16 to 18 °C\u003c\/strong\u003e, preferably in a carafe beforehand. It goes with braised wild boar ragout, grilled rack of lamb, or aged Pecorino.
