The cooperative works with precision when producing Grenouilles: \u003cstrong\u003etwenty months of aging on the fine lees\u003c\/strong\u003e , partly in wood, partly in steel – a balance that promotes both structure and freshness.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e In the glass, it displays a golden yellow color with green reflections. The nose opens with white peach, beeswax, and a hint of roasted almond – the oak is noticeable but never overpowering. On the palate, a dense, oily texture unfolds, beneath which lies the typical Chablis tension: citrus peel, flint, and a long, salty finish with a touch of smoky spice.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e Serving temperature 10–12 °C.
