The winery has belonged to the Guigal family since 2017, who have fundamentally renewed it — both in the vineyards and in the cellar. The basis of this cuvée is Bourboulenc, one of the oldest indigenous grape varieties of the southern Rhône, known for its natural freshness and aromatic depth.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eIn the glass, it shows pale gold. On the nose, white flowers, ripe pear, and a hint of anise, underneath a mineral note reminiscent of the stony soil.
