Tropical fruit meets alpine minerality.

The Aosta Valley is Italy's smallest wine region: narrow terraces at altitudes of up to 1,200 meters, significant temperature variations between day and night, and barren soils derived from moraine rock. It is precisely these conditions that give the Chardonnay here a tension rarely found in warmer wine-growing regions.

In the glass, it displays ripe melon, banana, and a hint of papaya – a lush, inviting bouquet. On the palate, however, there's a contrast: a full-bodied texture, yet with a clear minerality that keeps the wine fresh despite its richness. The finish unites both – fruit and minerality – and lingers pleasantly.

Serving temperature 10–12 °C. Pairs well with grilled salmon with lemon butter, risotto with porcini mushrooms, or a young mountain cheese from the Aosta Valley such as Fontina. It also makes a fine aperitif on its own.
