The name \u003cem\u003eBurgum Novum\u003c\/em\u003e – Latin for Neumarkt (New Market) – refers to the winery\u0026#39;s origin and local connection, which is important to them. As a Riserva, this Lagrein undergoes extended aging in oak barrels before bottling.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e In the glass: a deep garnet ruby ​​red with violet reflections. On the nose, ripe black cherry, blackberry, and blueberry, underpinned by dark chocolate, coffee bean, and a hint of violet.
