Since 1893, around 100 winegrowing families have been vinifying their grapes together—on porphyry and quartzite soils at altitudes of up to 900 meters. The Terlaner DOC is the estate\u0026#39;s classic cuvée: Pinot Bianco as its backbone, complemented by Chardonnay and Riesling Italico.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e In the glass, it displays a pale straw yellow with green reflections. The nose offers apple blossom, ripe pear, and a hint of white peach, underpinned by a subtle yeasty spice. On the palate, it is fresh and crisp, with lively acidity and a clean, slightly mineral finish. Not a heavy wine—rather precise and straightforward.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e Serving temperature: 10–12 °C. Drinking window: now until 2027.
