Bründlmayer ferments his Pinot Gris partly in small 300-liter barriques made of Austrian oak and completes the cuvée with aging in large 2500-liter wooden casks. Colour: bright pale yellow with greenish highlights. Aroma: attractive, delicately fruity bouquet with a subtle scent of hay flowers and fine roasted notes.
