It consists of 100% Chardonnay from higher-altitude sites and is only produced in good vintages. The must is aged in small white oak barrels; after the assemblage, the cuvée matures for four years in the cellar. As a Satèn, it is a Blanc de Blancs with a softer, silkier perlage. The taste category is Brut.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eIn the glass, it glows straw-yellow, the foam crown is full, and the perlage is very fine. On the nose, pink flowers, ripe citrus fruit, and toasted hazelnut appear.
