Spontaneously fermented in wooden barrels, then aged in stainless steel tanks, the result is a Riesling with a full fruit structure, a soft texture, and distinct varietal character: ripe grapes, not dominated by terroir characteristics, but by the regional Palatinate interpretation of the grape variety.
