The wines thrive on old vines and are therefore dense, balanced, age-worthy, and always slightly saline on the palate. The spontaneously fermented whole grapes are gently pressed with a short maceration period and aged in wooden barrels, where the must spend four months on the lees. The result is a wine that reflects the authentic terroir.
