Aristargos is a white wine blend from these old vines – spontaneously fermented and aged with minimal intervention in the cellar.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e In the glass, it displays a clear, golden-yellow color. On the nose: dried herbs, white peach, beeswax, and a mineral saltiness reminiscent of the dry granite soils of the Swartland. On the palate, a dense texture, lively acidity, and a long, slightly nutty finish. No dominant oak – instead, depth derived from its origin.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e Serving temperature: 12–14 °C.
