The grapes are selectively hand-picked in 10 kg containers, brought to the winery cooled with dry ice, and sorted again. The AMARANTA belongs to the Linea Selezione, which focuses on traditional, autochthonous grape varieties of Abruzzo.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eOn the palate, the wine is intense, full-bodied, and soft; the finish is long.
