The terroir around Estremoz is characterized by slate and marble – a geological subsoil that is reflected in the wine\u0026#39;s minerality. \u003cb\u003eEighteen months of oak aging\u003c\/b\u003e give it structure and depth.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e In the glass, it displays notes of dark berries, herbs, and spices; on the palate, mild tannins and a cool, mineral freshness with a long finish.
