The aging takes place exclusively in wooden barrels, in which the wines are stored for around ten years before they are carefully blended and bottled.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe nose reveals ripe dried fruits, caramel, walnut, and a fine wood spice that comes from the long barrel aging.
