{"title":"Näckler Schüttelbrot","description":"The Näckler bakery is now in its third generation. In 1920, Hans Näckler Senior began by leasing a small bakery in Welschnofen. In 1950, he built his own bakery. At that time, only a few types of bread were baked. Master baker Hans Näckler Junior, together with his wife Marianne, expanded the village bakery and steadily broadened its product range. Since 1964, they have also been producing Schüttelbrot (a type of flatbread). Even then, owner Hans Näckler placed great emphasis on quality and tradition. In 1990, he handed the business over to his two sons, Erwin and Arnold Näckler. In 1996, the brothers separated: Erwin took over fresh bread production, and Arnold specialized in the production of Schüttelbrot. This separation was primarily intended to improve quality. Arnold Näckler adopted his father\u0026#39;s principles: tradition and select ingredients as the foundation for high-quality products. These remain the essential pillars of the Näckler Schüttelbrot company philosophy today.","products":[],"url":"https:\/\/www.vinoscout.de\/en\/collections\/nackler-schuttelbrot.oembed","provider":"Vinoscout","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
